QUESTIONS
After all the sporting drama over the weekend, which has sent fans and sporting scribes into complete confusion, I felt compelled to crouch, touch , pause and engage in a series of very pertinent questions which need to be answered and yet ironically the answers, after last weekend's sporting debacle can only be found within the sportsmen themselves in the coming weeks and months of 2008.
Question: Are the New Zealand S14 sides as strong as we assumed the were after the first 3 rounds?...........
Question: Are the Blues about to choke again after a very strong start? Ryan Dube your thoughts?............
Question: Who had the better game DC or Matt Giteau?
Question: is it just me or is DC playing some pretty average ( by his standards of course) footy?......
Question: Are the Highlanders going to lose every game by a bonus point margin?....
Question: What are the chances of Wales completing the Grand Slam?.....
Question: Should Rio Ferdinand be considered for the position of Goalie for Man U after he correctly geussed and made a reasonable attempt at saving that penalty?.....
Question: Whats happened to Mens tennis as a global game?........
Question: Does USA need a new basketball hero because it seems every other nationality is muscling in on their marketing turf?.......
Question: Finally, Ryan Dube you thoughts on Tiger completing the Grand Slam of golf this year and if not, who will stop him?........
Ponder away me lads but like I said only time will tell!

Nice one guys keeping it interactive I like that. Well here are MY answers for your questions...
1) No the NZ sides are as good as we thought they were its just that the opposition have woken up and they are getting better.
2) No again the blues showed serious composure and character in the game to come back from a bad start at the Shark Tank. They hit back early in the second half with serious intent and had Evans got the penalty and got the pass away to the man on his inside after he chipped and gathered so well it would have been a Blues victory. Nevertheless the Sharks were the more clinical side on the day and the Blues made more errors in the first half than they have in the last three weeks…don’t count them out yet.
3) I totally think Giteau had a better game not to say Carter was bad but its just that Giteau was blazing!! He directs traffic so effenciently and uses his Ryan Cross to get go forward and make space. Its like having a fast flank in the backline to reek hovac and he is doing that. I tell you now Ice and Nick 'the quick' have a game on his hands next week.
4) Its not just you I think so as well, but what is encouraging is that he is playing finding space to run and score some tries which he has not been able to do in a while. Kicking was very poor this weekend but he should good signs of his best and I think its building to something.
5) No they have a bye this weekend and have a tough one against the force but I think they will start winning and make a late run and end in mid table. Remember the chiefs got 5 bonus points in 5 games in last years Super 14 and only just missed a Semi-final spot as long as that hunger to win remains they will come through.
6) Well they have the triple crown and that is amazing in itself but I think France will upset them and win the 6 Nations.
7) NO! please don’t remind me about that
8) Roger Federer that’s what I know is happening and everyone else is struggling to catch him.
9) I have no idea about the NBA??
10) Tiger is undoubtedly the best golfer in the world and he is on fire and it is still very early to be talking Grand Slam. He has come blazing in years gone by and even after winning the 1st Major the US Masters he has still gone on and failed to get the rest. The possibility is there, as it has been before, and the only person who can stop Tiger Woods I honestly believe is HIMSELF. The Grand Slam is there for him to lose this year.
